Josh Wagner
Josh joined Green Landscape Solutions as the Owner and CEO in September 2020. Josh was born and raised in Oklahoma where he started his… first business in high school…a lawn mowing business. He has spent the last 15 years in Colorado where he confirmed his love and appreciation of the outdoors. He is passionate about the landscaping industry, its people, and its service to others. He is a graduate in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and has extensive experience as a business owner and leader and knows what it takes to earn the trust of his team and clients in order to run a successful business. He loves spending time with wife Megan and two step-daughters and living life to the fullest!
Tom Prowell
Tom graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 with a degree in Landscape Architecture, and was the owner of Landscape Artisans West for… 25 years prior to joining Green at the beginning of 2015.Tom’s experience both in the field and in the office give him a unique perspective on designing and building landscapes of all types here in Colorado. His responsibilities include designing, estimating, and managing the residential division.
Tim Chitester
Tim graduated from Colorado State University in 2006 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. He started his career in Georgia working on a variety… of land and city planning projects, community development, and amenity designs. In 2013 he received his Landscape Architecture License in the state of Colorado and began working for Green Landscape Solutions. He now designs and estimates projects within our commercial division.

Eric Dellenbaugh

As the newest member to the Green Landscape Team, Eric graduated from Kansas State University in 1986 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. He brings over three decades of experience in residential landscape design and project management. Eric moved to Colorado from Kansas City with his wife of 28 years to be closer to his daughter and in-laws.
Jennifer Velasquez
Bookkeeper
Jennifer joined Green Landscape Solutions in 2017 after securing her Associate Degree in Accounting & Business Management. She is always up for the challenge of furthering her expertise through continuing education and certifications. When she isn’t glued to her work-computer, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, siblings, (12) nieces and nephews, and is enthusiastic about enjoying the world through travel.

How do we find employees for such a seasonal job?
Landscaping is a very seasonal industry here in Colorado, and because of this, our staffing needs vary greatly throughout the year. The United States Government provides a visa program to help staff seasonal companies when American workers are not available to fill the positions. The program gives H-2B visas to applicants from outside of the United States who are willing and able to work for a season in the U.S. and then return to their home country during the off season. We have been using this program for the past several years, and each year we bring back many of the same employees.
We value all of the cultures that are represented in our company, and believe that each employee’s background adds value to our company environment. We do advertise these positions to American workers before receiving any visas. We work hard to ensure that both English and Spanish speaking employees feel welcome and valued, and we staff several bilingual employees to ensure that the language barrier will not cause any issues for our customers or their projects. All employees receive benefits and are treated with kindness and respect, regardless of where they originate from.

At Green Landscape Solutions we are committed to helping build a strong and vibrant community, not only where we work but also where we live. We want our community and the people in it to prosper. For that reason, we are a dedicated and longtime supporter of the Sister Carmen Community Center, a family resource center that offers comprehensive assistance to individuals and families in the areas of nutrition, healthy living, advocacy and children’s services.

From a blank piece of paper to the final product, I couldn't be more pleased with Brian, Tom, Hector, Adolfo and the whole crew. Tom has great vision with the landscape plan and it was executed flawlessly. Brian, the owner, is easy to work with and he knows his stuff. They created a cool water feature working with the wall we already had. From building a fire-pit and mailbox holder to all the rock, trees, plants, grass and lighting, everything turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!!

I was impressed with his punctuality. They did a great job. A few things were missed. I told Elias and he came out next day and took care of it. I think they are awesome. Would definitely recommend!!
Had a great experience - they were very quick and responsive to my inquiries. Also, they called the night before to make sure I didn't have any concerns... and what I should expect the next day. They arrived early, worked quickly and gave me great tips on what I need to do with my yard. Would recommend them to anyone!
Green A Landscape Company is almost done with my installation of my back yard. Their owner, Brian and right hand man Hector are right on time and budget so far. All of their staff have been very professional and have maintained the security of my gates with my dog. They have been an A++ landscape installation company and I'm very happy with my family's new back yard. There are lots of flaky landscape companies out there...Green Landscapes is not one of them and I wish they did plumbing, roofing, etc as I'd use them for everything. They take pride in their reputation and honest pricing. Very satisfied.
