A court is only as good as what's beneath it. Front Range clay soils shift with moisture, freeze-thaw cycles put pressure on every seam, and improper grading leads to standing water and premature surface failure. We engineer the sub-base, drainage, and slab or asphalt foundation to the sport and the site — proper compaction, correct slope for runoff, and reinforcement specified to the application. That's what separates a court that plays true for twenty years from one that cracks in three.

We build the full range of residential and commercial courts: pickleball, basketball, tennis, and multi-sport configurations that combine two or more on a single surface. Surface options include post-tensioned concrete, asphalt, and modular tile systems, each with tradeoffs in cost, playability, and maintenance. We walk you through what makes sense for how the court will be used — a single-family pickleball court has different requirements than a shared HOA amenity or a commercial athletic facility.

A sports court is a major landscape element, not a separate project dropped into the yard. Because we handle design, grading, hardscape, and softscape in-house, the court gets coordinated with everything around it — drainage tie-ins, retaining walls where grade demands them, fencing and netting, lighting, and screening plantings that soften the footprint. You end up with a court that plays well and looks like it belongs on the property.
